Alongside his research, Yingbo has worked as an adviser for Chinese Science Parks and Government Agencies in the Nordics. Working with communication on Chinese industrial policies, policy support and regulations for newly established foreign businesses in China. 尹航,男,高级电力电子专家,德国创新与技术研究院院长,德国中国研发创新联盟秘书长,德国柏林工业大学电力电子工学博士,曾任国家电网公司全球能源互联欧洲研究院高级项目经理,先进能源技术部门主任助理。 自2014年6月欧洲院成立起,他加入欧洲院担任研究助理。 2017年10月,他担任跨区域多台虚拟同步发电机运行控制及电网支持设备关键技术研究项目经理,负责项目整体技术方向及大功率并网策略研究。在欧洲院工作5年期间,参与和负责国家级项目1项,适用于分布式可再生能源交直流互联的关键设备研制;欧盟项目2项,包括中德E-Bus电动汽车标准项目,中丹基于碳化硅电力电子器件的高效率,高可靠性研究;国家电网科技项目3项,包括虚拟同步机、海上平台设计及特高压换流阀智能传感器项目;国际咨询项目1项,江苏苏州同里新能源小镇综合能源规划国际咨询项目。在柏林工大攻读博士期间,主要针对并网逆变器控制策略研究。设计了5兆瓦风机电气主体部分,包括变换器,直流侧电容,网测滤波器。为了研究和验证并网策略,设计并搭建了一个10千伏安低压背靠背三电平试验台。通过分析比较,提出一种多步长模型预测控制,可以降低开关频率,提升系统效率0.14%。在国内硕士期间,设计了基于DSP2407控制稀土永磁电机矢量控制的单轴稳定平台,用于某型号火箭弹惯导及计算机工作稳定平台。经实际发射实验,稳定平台抗干扰能力强,控制精度高,成功列为兵器装备型号。曾在国际学术杂志和学术会议上发表论文13篇,申请专利9项,发表著作1部。2020年6月,担任德国创新与技术研究院院长,依托德国中国研发创新联盟平台,开展中德科技创新合作。 Mr. Dr. -Ing. Yin, Hang, senior power electronics expert, CEO and founder of the GIT - German Institute of Innovation and Technology GmbH (GIT), Secretary-General of the German-Chinese R&D Innovation Alliance, PhD in Power Electronics Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, formerly senior project manager of the State Grid Corporation of China, Global Energy Interconnection Research Institute GmbH (GEIRI), Director of Innovative Energy Technology Department. Since the establishment of the GEIRI in June 2014, he joined the GEIRI Europe as a research assistant. In October 2017, he served as the project manager of the key technology research on the operation control of multiple virtual synchronous generators across the region and the grid support equipment, responsible for the overall technical direction of the project and the research on the high-power grid-connected strategy. During the 6 years of working at GEIRI, he participated in and was responsible for 1 national-level project, which is development of key equipment for distributed renewable energy AC/DC interconnection; 2 EU projects, including the Sino-German E-Bus electric vehicle standard project, Sino-Denmark Research on high efficiency and high reliability based on silicon carbide power electronic devices; 3 State Grid science and technology projects, including virtual synchronous machine, offshore platform design and UHV converter valve intelligent sensor project; 1 international consulting project, Tongli, Suzhou, Jiangsu International consulting project for comprehensive energy planning of new energy towns. During my PhD study at Berlin University of Technology, Dr. Yin focused on the research of grid-connected inverter control strategy. The electrical main part of a 5 MW wind turbine was designed, including the converter, DC side capacitor, and network test filter. In order to study and verify the grid connection strategy, a 10 kVA low-voltage back-to-back three-level test bed was designed and built. Through analysis and comparison, a multi-step model predictive control is proposed, which can reduce the switching frequency and increase the system efficiency by 0.14%. During the domestic master's degree, he designed a single-axis stable platform based on DSP2407 to control rare earth permanent magnet motor vector control, which is used for a certain type of rocket inertial navigation and computer stable platform. Through actual launch experiments, the stable platform has strong anti-interference ability and high control accuracy. He has published 13 papers in international academic journals and academic conferences, applied for 9 patents, and published 1 book. From June 2020, he served as the CEO of GIT, relying on the German-Chinese R&D Innovation Alliance platform to carry out Sino-German scientific and technological innovation cooperation.
